I am just about 300 hrs on my 500 efi's,and they run great. I just winterized and pulled the exhaust for inpection and to prepare to change valve springs in the spring. My ? is, should i also do lifters at his point and what springs, lifters ect. should i use? Any other tips at this time would be appreciated.......Tricky

I used Isky 8005 SP endurance springs and Crane lifters...but did convert to the link bar style vs the Crane "dog bone" style that was in it. At the time I did mine, there was a shortage of the "dog bone" style lifters so that's why. I would stay with the dog bone style lifters or you will have to buy new (shorter) pushrods. You definately, definately, need to pull the heads and change head gaskets. While the heads are off I would have them freshened up (seats) as well.
Again, change the head gaskets.
Again, change the head gaskets.
