BBC heads Fit 396 ?

Ok men dig deep .. I have a set of 088 heads on Ebay ... I have a guy asking if they will work on a 1966 396 ...

088's off 502 MPI's Gen VI .... Gracia .........

yes, but you have to cut some of the water jacket holes in the head gasket to fit gen 5 or 6 heads to a gen 4 block.
