The extra washer is a simple metal washer, fairly thick
but nowhere near 1/4".

But what you're going through seems like what I experienced
before I added the washer.

Not fiber, not lockwasher.

If you order the newest rear mounts you'll see, it's in the
package.

So does the extra washer go between the bell housing and the inner plate?Thats what I would need to get the back of the motor raised up.

One other thing we noticed and I forgot to mention.When the motor was bolted down,front and rear,we could rotate the fiber washer.Shouldnt the washer be tight between the ears?
