I just tore 2 down, bored them .030, sent the cam back to crower, (solid Billet) and a new set of Bowtie heads with 1.6 ratio roller rockers. Going to BOBL's dyno soon, let you know how that works out. At a minimum I would switch to roller rockers, thats an easy 20 HP, and all you need to do is pull the valve covers.

I know procharger makes a kit that will fit the 6.2L & I belive you are correct about whipple's kit. I sell both companies I just dont remember if they will work on the closed cooling on the Horizon models. The CC may have to come off.. If interesed I can look into my notes..

the only experience I know of from some friends is they are not quite reliable for HP. Many you could swap engines for bigger cubic inches??? Probably what I would do with what I saw.

Superchargers can be very reliable when set up properly.. It's usually when something is not set up or dont right that you hear of all the nightmares from them.. Boost when done properly is really nothing to be afraid of.. Look at all the turbo diesel trucks & cars today, Also their are a lot of supercharged or turbocharged sports cars too.. Im not discounting the bigger cubic inch set ups they definitley have thier place too.. Just sometimes they are not an option, or best option anyway..
