Wanting to step up from 21 pitch to 23 pitch.
A buddy of mine has part # 48 13704 A4 23P laying around.
We are not sure where it came from or what outdrive it is intended to be used with. Where can I find this info or does anyone know if this prop can be used with a Bravo1 outdrive?
Also, how do I find what the correct thrust washer, spacer, etc. or any other parts needed for correct installation?

Is the 21P a Mercury prop? If your 21P is a Mercury Mirage or Mirage Plus with similar hubs, the 23 will simply replace the 21. Thrust washers should be the same.
Pull your 21P and compare the two. It all depends on the hub. If they're both replaceable hubs you can swap them from one prop to another.
Good Luck!

The hubs look the same in the splined area but the non-splined shaft diameter in my old prop looks much smaller. Can I just drive out the hubs using a punch and hammer or will I need a press. Also what way do the hubs need to be pressed out? Or does it really matter?

I think your 23P quicksilver prop is the older style with rubber inserts. (Not Flo-torq II) You will need Mercury#11-827614A 3 Prop Nut Kit. Another solution could be replacing the spline and rubber insert by pressing it out and install Mercury#835257K 1 Flo-Torq II Hub Kit. You will need a´hydraulic press.
