What header system makes the MOST POWER on a small BBC ? By small 427--454 . Does the port style make a difference ? Oval, D-shape, Rectangle ? Does the size and length of the inside tube matter?? What about where the water starts to mix with the exhaust. CHEERS AW

A nice economical true header for your application is the Unitop. This is providing you have a standard Bravo exhaust set up. Pricing is very competitive with most perfromance manifolds on the market.
