does anyone know how to adjust the trim speed to sync drives together on twins my starbord drive trims much slower than the port they are kiekhaefer pumps by mercruser on 97 sonic 35ss

Try taking apart the motors and cleaning the brush contact points. They and the brushes get corrosion and slow down the motor due to low current. I had one noisy and slow, picked right back up when I opened and cleaned it, been a full season since.

that helps, . a\but if im not mistaken, the metal canister pumps come for both tabs and trim, and they seem to be different. usually the tabs are a lil slower.
i ve heard that this is due in part to the use of the outboard trim pump motor in an in board application.
