Default 350 Mag fuel issue

HELP please, I'm out of options...

1996 350 mag mpi bravo

fresh rebuild, no fuel on 1st 3 cylinders on the left, looking at the front of the motor. Engine idles, revs decent with no load, won't rev past 1800 rpm under load and pops through intake. I have compression, valves are opening and closing fine, I have spark... I cleaned the injectors(let them soak) and have some fuel system cleaner in the fuel.

I took the 3 "bad" injectors out and when power is put to them they click and you can blow through them so I assume they are working. Also have a quick flicker of power on the wire to the injectors, same as the one that are firing ok.

Any ideas would be great.
