Default Coolant leak?

I just had my 525efi/whipple charged engine that was just rebuilt. It has 7 hrs. on it and its leaking coolant out from the coolant tank cap,is what it looks like.I have changed caps from 1 engine to the other and its still leaking when running.Installed cometic gasket on it and have been told it's not a leaking head gasket. The temp. is fine.Have checked all hose clamps and can't find anything else.Should I put some stop leak in it and or a leak down test. Thanks

Good to hear that it's finally running. That had to be a huge test of your patience!

Be safe at the poker run!

Is it the heat exchanger? or reservoir? Leaking externally, or internally?

Its leaking around the outside of the cap around the coolant tank.To much pressure maybe.Plus I hear a whistling sound when I shut the engines off, like a leaky tires does.
