Bennett Wont Sell Me Parts
Bennett sucks. I need to replace the seals in one of my hydraulic hatch lift cylinders. They refuse to sell me the seals saying they have to do the work and charge me $75. Does anybody know where I could get the seals in South Florida?

I have no idea if theres anything special about them...but i'm betting they are just standard size O-rings in there.....i would take it appart and see whats inside....you can get parts from places like Grainger or McMaster-carr

take it to a hyd shop. House of hose or someone that does hose/rams for big rigs (diesel work). tractor place.. It a simple fix. maybe a o-ring or to and a wiper seal. take it apart yourself and take to o=rings down to the shop.

This is the very first time I've ever heard anything negative about Benett's customer service. I bought a tab pump years ago off ebay, and it came with a cracked resevoir. Last year, I called up Benett to ask them where to buy one. They wouldn't let me buy the part either. They took my address, and sent me a new one free of charge, no shipping or anything. It was here in two days.

I had it apart and the parts sitting beside me when I talked to them.
