Dude...you do not want to do that...the flame arrestor is like $1000 , you can use twin arrestors like I have or you can buy a dual arrestor similar to oem for around $300 or less..BUT..if you must have OEM..part# 849895A2 is the 575 flame arrestor..& part# 37-814601 is your decal..which is only like $95!

Yes, but..I think that they are the same diameter as the carb...but I could be wrong..you can just buy the decal and put it on whater flame arrestor you decide on..I just went and had one made at a local decal shop....

Well, I actually have two 8"x 3" flame arrestors under that custom SS cover I made..Then I went down to the local decal Co. and had them make me a decal...I painted the two little designs you see above and below the decal just to give it more "blue" look. It turned out ok, but I still have other plans for it. Here is what it looks like under the cover.

I know where there are 2 clean ones. They can be adapted for 1 carb by redoing the bottom plate in sheetmetal. I'm checking now to see if a friend wants to sell them.

Steve

I will ley ya know on the flame arrestor. I never thought that those things would be so expensive!! We will be in touch on the blower/cooler setup you have also. I will get with my buddy over the weekend and discuss what we are going to do.
