I own a 21 Excel with standard 454 Bravo and 21 stainless prop, thru hub exaust and factory fiberglass swim platform. Boat runs a disappointing 56 MPH, considering exaust options and prop options. Swim platform may limit exaust options? Anyone have any info to share about this boat? Does anyone know, was this boat availible with 454 mag or 502?

I believe you can run a side exit exhaust on them.. I had a similar wellcraft years ago & I had gone that route.. I had the 454 mag / B1 w/23p. It would run low 60's..
