HELP! can't find freeze plug on 05 25hp Merc OB
I'm somewhat embarrased by my mechanical skills or lack thereor. I usually just pay the bills and turn the key. My buddy decided to leave his Craig Cat at the lakehouse and I'm trying to pull the plugs, but I can't seem to find them. Its a newer 25hp Mercury OB. Popped the hatch and looked a hundred times to no avail. Do the newer Merc OB even have plugs to pull? Should I just put some antifreeze in and leave. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

No plugs. Just check the lower unit oil for water or drain and refill. Run a gallon of antifreeze through it and call it done. mak e sure that the antifreeze is coming out the piss hole in the back and not just water.
