Jon, I normally do the belt at 100-125 and the seal at 225-50. Spring pressure runs around 200-210 at seat. So far so good, never any seal problems. Really nice to be able to get the cam out without messing with the front cover.

I was going to run run a belt on my present engine but was concerned what the salt would do to those nice aluminum pulleys? So, I went for a chain instead. Anyone with salt water problems ?

I have been running Jesel in the race boat for five years and have never had an issue. Won't use anything else.
