![Question](/forums/images/icons/icon5.gif)
Changing out all the bushings in my stock bravo 1 outdrive rams and found that the new bushings just fall over the pins. Doubled checked the part no. and I have what they said goes on there. The bushings look different too. New ones have a recessed outer edge where old ones were flat. No part no on old ones. Anyone else ever had this problem? Outdrive serial # starts with "OD". Thanks for any help.

We offer a upgraded urethane version in a kit that I know fit perfectly.

I've noticed these on your site. Am I correct in thinking they are a stiffer material and would flex less, in a sense taking some of the movement out at higher speeds?

Talked to CP today and ordered a set for one outdrive (8 BUSHINGS) see how well they work. Not much difference in price compared to Merc original. 70.00

Bushings from CP worked perfect. Got them within a week of ordering. They are red/orange polyureathane just like the upgrades you can get for automobile suspension. Went ahead and ordered the second set. Thanks CP
