carb opinion
Need some input on carb selection, 311 formula two fresh 502's 9.01/1,line bored, balanced, orig pistons, heads redone stain intake, inconell ex, stock alum dual plane, 496 take off merc alum man/ssriser, comp hr284, 230/236 @ .050 544 lift, roller rockers. planning to prop for 54-55 most of my time spent 33-3800 what should I put on top of it for a carb thanks Randy

800 TO 850 Holley. My motors are almost exactly the same as yours. I was going to put a real good carbs on them but money is getting tight. I bought a pair of HP 500 Holleys used from a gent here on OSO. The are 800 CFM Here is a pic of one done

thanks thats basically what I am thinking have a chance at a couple same way just thought I would get opinions before I jumped. Hope to see you out there this summer

Even if ya find some old ones i would recomend sending them to pro systems in mi. Those guys are awsome....
