I have a couple Carbed 500 HP that were gone through a few years ago the are at 565 hp at 5400 rpm and have 850 Demon carbs also they are 9.25 to 1 compression.
Can I add 100 HP per motor whith Whipples with not to much problem?

A single 3.3 liter with an intercooler is a must. You will need more carb for this setup. You will have to step up to a dominator. As a note, I build all of my Whipple supercharged motors with almost as much compression as you have. I have found that spinning the blower slower to make less power makes for an engine that is not as happy. Distribution from cylinder to cylinder is not as good with a slower spinning blower and air/fuel ratio from bank to bank starts to differ. Take the free horsepower and spin it. You will not regret it, but your Bravo may. That is an awesome blower package. Give me a shout if I can help.

I agree with Eddie the engines will run better turning the blowers the only concern I have is any time I've ever made over 750hp with the stock dimple rods I've had trouble also John at AED makes a 4150 carb that flows over 900cfm I use on my blower packages and works really well I like the idle quality and mid range better then with Dominators but you can get them to work well too. Best of luck keep us posted. SIncerely Laz Mesa

If you really only wanted 100hp, then an intercooler is not necessarily required, but the value added for the IC far exceeds the risk of no intercooler, so I would plan to IC it.
A W305 would work really well, but it's far more expensive, and will just be loafing around, yet you'll have the ability to make basically whatever power level you want, it all depends on the lower end. There is zero distribution problems with the large W305. It has a built in deflector plate and a 2" plenuem chamber above IC.
Thanks,
Dustin

I have a Cig Bullet built the 500hps 3 years ago has bravos have not popped a drive yet has xr vert shafts I baby it out of the hole but if I go more then 120 hp barvos get iffy. Would not mind more and just swap into the gun when I get it because it will have ssm 3s on it but for know 100 would be fine
