I bought the one from west marine with the container that looks like a fuel can, it wouldn't suck anything out...129.95...took it back and bought the one with a 3 gallon bucket, was done each motor in 15 minutes..retail 189.95 both jabsco, difference was the pump size...alos bought a pressure pump for the drives from www.ebasicpower.com for 105 bucks, everywhere else 185 and up.

Thanks guys, I'll give it another go my next change. SB, for the record I used the medium p/u tube as it was the largest that would fit in my dipstick. I did lift the tube off the bottom about a 1/4 inch til the oil got low. SB, just to be sure, you can pump it 20 times and walk away? You don't have to pump every now and then? I'll try it your way next time. If it woesn't work better I'll buy the other pump you guys talked about.
