Default water temp guage issue

last week end at a poker run one of my water temp guages had my alarm going off and the guage was going up and down at idle between 100 and 150. good water coming out the exhaust and when running was ok at 150 where it normaly runs, i finished the run with no problems so i assume it is the guage, where can i get gaffrig guages.

thanks for your input rick

Check on ebay. There is some old new stock on there pretty regularly. I would switch your guages first to verify. I had to replace a few of my guages over the winter because some reading goofy.

strongly suggest anything other than the gaffrig. regaged totally last year with them and they are just crap. wildly inaccurate and several fog up. bought straight from gaffrig. i would look at the cruzpro or the autometer. the autometer are really trick with the individual "alarm" built into the gage itself... when out of range ( user set) gage flashes red...

Pretty sure he has Gaffrig Precision Instrument gauges aka Livorsi Marine, so I'm sure he wants them to match his other 38 gauges. They will come up on ebay eventually.
