Default Carb Jetting With Oxygenated Fuel

Thought I had seen a post a while back concerning a general rule of thumb on how many jet sizes to increase when going to oxygenated fuels.I know I need to increase jet sizebut will I also have to go to cooler spark plugs?. I live in an area that requires using this type of fuel for automotive which is what I run in my boat engines.
