help guys 2004 fountain 525's one motor had a milk shake took off the headers CMI and sent them out for preasure test no leaks.I do show signs of water in two of the fron cylinders. If the headers are not leakinging where else is the water comming from?could it be from one of the coolers oil. We drained the oil twice and also added a little mistery oil to clean up the moisture.so what else could it be.Its salt water.

water test the header and get it hot with a plumbers torch... It might not leak cold but leaks hot.... Also check the tailpipes.
If you have water in the cylinder (not antifreeze) it has to be coming from the exhaust since that engine is fresh water cooled.

if your water to water heat exchanger was leaking you would have salt water in the antifreeze side, if you dont have any salt water on the coolant side then it most likely is ok, you would also have to have a intake or head gasket leak also for that idea to be true. what is your water pressure?
