Default What's a good SAE 40 wt conventional oil?

I recently had a couple questions.

I do not have a lot of recent testing of ZDDP in the 40wt except for Brad Penn which is loaded with ZDDP.

Penn makes all the 30wt oil for Briggs and Stratton.

It's a real good oil..

I've been using 40w Valvoline Racing Oil. Is this a good conventional oil? If I change oil every 20 hours, what benefits would I have if I switched to Mobil 1 synthetic silver cap?

I don't know the viscosity of the silver cap but I know that it is a multi-viscosity which will offfer you better oil pumpability at start up (faster oil pressure) and will thin less at temps above 210 F (if it is a XXW40).
