So if i put a small blower on like a 250 should i still use stock setup?

Best ignition system I have ever run!!! that includes running blown engines in a marine environment for 20+ yrs. I have run stock,crane,magnetos and always end up with MSD. That said some people cheap out and purchase the automotive box and complain when it fails in marine set up. If your looking to up grade heads,cam,blower why would you leave the stock set up.No matter whos box you run I would always carry a spare.They all fail with no warning.

1 spare per engine. Havent had to use them and they came with the boat from a racing setup.

Same answer I posted before. The 500HP's timing curve built into the module is pretty good for a blower set up as well.

Or don't go to a Race without a spare, I have had 2 go out, at two different races, minutes befor a race with no warning what so ever, I ended up duck taping a second unit to the top of my engine to make the race, what a mess
