I have IMCO solid motor mounts on my boat. At the back of the engine there are two large bolts with large washers, each screwing downward. I don't know what you call these bolts, but they appear to be the rear mounts for the engine. I noticed that one of these bolts is loose enough for me to freely spin the washer. Should I tighten it, or will it adversely affect my alignment with the outdrive? Any insight would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

If its a Bravo, I would check the drive alignment too. Every once in a while, the rubber in the rear mount (part of the flywheel cover) gives out and this lowers the rear of the engine. The loose bolt wouldnt indicate this by itself but I would check it to be sure
