THIS ACTS JUST LIKE VAPOR LOCK,,,i thought they had it fixed with the cool fuel(both pumps in the box,,with water running thru to keep the fuel cool)could the water flow be blocked???

Not the same motors, but, I have 2001 502 efi's with cool fuel, and recently had a vapor lock issue. Began in one motor (port side) after sitting around for 30 min to 1 hour (heat soke). It would start fine, then bog down and hiss, then die. After 5 min or so it would start back up and run fine. The next weekend, both motors died after heat soke time. Again, these are cool fuel motors. The next weekend ran most of the gas out of it, fueled it back up, and problem solved. The gas had been in the tank for approx 3-4 months. Turns out that boiling point of some fuels drop significantly after 30 days, and continues to deteriorate after that.
