$285.01 is Doller's quoted price!!!

I too have low water pick up only. I used the Factory Merc unit. Picked one up used for $100.00. Placed it after my coolers for maximun cooling. Water dumps thru transom on drive.

It only dumps above 20psi. My pressure never goes above 20-22 evan at WOT. pressure increased 2 psi using Hardin marine overboard angled dump.

I made mine from foot valves normally used on the bottom of bore pumps.Usually use a 3 psi spring, same irrigation shop sells a whole range of springs.Put in a 18 psi and they work great and cost almost nothing.Need to fit after the oil cooler though to get full flow through it.Dumps via a 1" dump teed into hose.

Hi John,
I am using the intake manifold dump, as well as the Merc unit. The intake dump keeps steam pockets from forming in the back end of the motor, and the Merc dump takes over at about 30PSI.
More on the Nordic forum.
Regards,
Steve
