Since others on this site have had bad dealings with this guy, better to stay away, but ...
I bought a Harley from eBay site unseen. No pictures in the listing, and the bike was not available for buyers to look at. Sure sounded like a scam.
But the seller didn't even require a deposit, he shipped it to me for inspection and said if it wasn't everything he said it was I could send it back on his dime. A week later I have a new bike. Cheap.
