$999.95 for carb, ignition and dyno tuning.
The rockers on that engine look like a decent set made of ss and from my knowledge the clevite bearings are a good way to go

If you are switching from a big block to a small block like the poster inquired about the in the original question -
Where do these "extras" come from?

All these things you qouted.
And I believe he has an old boat that he would probably be upgrading the exhaust too to the get 500hp.
Also I do believe the 454 and sbc mount the same
acessories? Plus Mounts & plumbing
Sea pump? plus mounts brakcets & pulleys remember that!
Carb & Tuning or - Fuel Injection?
ignition- ? what crank trigger? + distributor , rev limiter,
wiring- plumbing? cooling?
Tstat controlled oil Cooler + plumbing?
Assembly? Installation?

anyone have a dyno chart with marine headers?
Mounts the same ? Do the parts suppliers think so?
500HP through what headers? what happens to HP on wet headers? ..... lets go back to the specs..
"CNC Hydraulic Roller camshaft"- ??!??! whats the spec?
Whats it idle at?
How many inches of vacuum does it pull at idle?
Solid Lifter Roller Camshaft (add $ 600.00) -
hmm whats the reason for this?

im not 100% sure on the mounts I thought the 454 and 350 mounted the same.
How much difference would wet headers make and why?
I'm guessing you don't know the use of a solid lifter cam then if you are asking. It has no place in the marine world since engines don't rev that high. Solid lifters replace hydraulic lifters in high revving engines. I am not sure of the rpm exactly maybe around 8000rpm when the hydrauliic lifters start to float. The solid lifters compensate for that and they also require alot more adjusting
