For now I decided to use one of our empty plastic barrels as stated before and strap her down... Filled it with water... When we have oil or windshield washer fluid in the. They usually weigh 375-400 so it should suffice and not add much stopping weight. Shouldn't make it harder to stop than any large size suv model and more like it's non chopped excursion brother.

I had an s-10 2wd pickup a long time ago. I would just shovel the snow into the bed and it was plenty. I still have a friend that does the same thing.
i witrh griff on this one . i push auto 4 on my chevy truck and never got stuck
