Advice How to build tunnel flap for 1000hp 30ft cat

In need of help in building tunnel flap, I have a small hydraulic control and small stainless ram. ANY THOUGHTS WOULD HELP!!!

I could design you a flap, and have the parts, including hinges, waterjet cut. I could ship you the parts and you could take it to a welder of your choice for assembly, or I could have it welded by any number of fabricators around portland.

It would cost about $3 something a pound for the aluminum, plus some design fees and welding and powdercoating if you wanted that. If we made it out of 5083 or 5086 Aluminum, you wouldn't have to paint it if you didn't want to. Stainless is another option, but a bit more expensive.
