Question Kaama exhaust problems

Looking to repair my Kaama Exhaust. Think the air
cylinders a leaking by. Won't close flaps. Do I have to remove tip from transem for this repair.
Are there any replacement parts for this system?

Cool

Remove the air line from the cylinder and put in a little dish soap ( don't use any oil of any type)
