Just get any quality carpet with a good backing. Carpet with a cheap backing will tear and come off quickly. That is probably why your last carpet only lasted 2 trips. It doesn't have enough to hold on to the staples. Use Monel staples so they don't rust. Good luck.

I bought some from C-Hawk trailers when I did mine. He had the width pre-cut for the bunk size so it was easy to put on.
Had to call a couple of times but they did shipped it to me without getting a check first. Didn't have to wait for them to get a check before they sent it (nice).
