Trim Cylinders
I have stripped the female flare fiiting(s) in my Bravo trim cylinders. Has anyone done this before and if you have can it be fixed. Looking for sugestions. Seems like you could bore it oversize and use a reducing bushing but I don't know Thanks for any suggestions.

If I remember correctly the trim cylinder end is an inverted flair. The treads dont seal it, it's a compression fitting. So, like you indicated, a helicoil type of repair might be possible from a machine shop, but I've never heard of one for an inverted flair.
Alternatively, you could bore it through, tap it for an NPT fitting and use a male NPT to female inverted flair adapter. Just be sure to take the trim cyinder apart and clean it well after drilling and tapping it.
