Default guesses on power?

Hi I was wondering if anyone had a good guesstimate on power from the following combo:

588 ci (tall deck)
9.5:1 cr
269 cc merlin cast iron oval ports
741 hyd roller cam
1.7 roller rockers
Victor Jr. intake
1050 cfm dominator -- as i type this i think this will be on the big side...

I've been looking for a downloadable desktop dyno but haven't found a good one yet -- any ideas on this also?

Thanks, Dave

I think those heads may be a bit small. 9.5:1 may be pushing it with iron heads also.

I doubt you will see 700hp without a great tune, more like 650hp.

Heads are too small and cam could be better. Carb is just right. 650 should be right on. 9.5 comp is good with Iron but is the highest to go. That thing will be a torgue monster though!

Here, I used the flow #'s from Worlds web site and Cranes 741 cam specs.

Well it looks like I was pretty close on my guess.

Thanks -- i was figuring 650 +, realizing heads are on the small side along with cam.
Would there be a better cam for this -- its the easiest/cheapest change -- compared to the heads --
something that will get me to the 700or even 750 hp? Or are the heads going to be the restrictor?

Rookie where do i go for one of those dyno 2000 software programs?

Dave

Dave
AutoZone 8 years ago for $39.95.
When I get home I will put in some different #'s I have for cams and heads. It has been 95% accurate on NA engines with correct information to input.
