I've got a Jabsco unit like this one:

I've had it for 5 or 6 years now, and it's run flawlessly all this time.
I don't know if it's considered fast or not, but I can empty and engine in about 3 minutes.

Here's the one I use. Lines are long enough you don't even have to have the bucket in the bildge with you. I set it on a ladder outside the boat to eliminate any chance of a mess. It's powerful enough you don't have to warm up the engine, but I still do to speed up the process.

The key to any of these DIY oil change kits is the hose kit that fits into
your oil pan. Pumping out the dipstick tube Sucks Donkey!!!
My little electric pump works well. I replaced the crappy plastic hose
and fittings with those shown in the pictures. I also bring my drill pump
kit as a back up plan. You need a drill of course but the pump will
empty my 502 in less than a minute. I prefer to use the electric pump
since it can be used for my outdrive too. Only $20 too.
All the fittings are standard hardware store fare. I found a bunch of
washing machine hose and nipples to use. They are a standard
garden hose size/threads.
