First off Jason... welcome to my world. I blew an engine (the ahole built that I bought the boat from last July), on Memorial day. Had the whole week off on vacation to be pissed about it. That was after spending all winter trying to salvage it. What you are experiencing is performance boating. What you get in a used perf boat is often a pile of ****. Suck it up and take a chill pill. Qualude lemon 714 used to be a good choice. Not sure if they are still around though. If you find any, I'll take a gross.
These guys have given you great advise. Some I never thought of. If it were me, I would try the heat on the nuts first. If you can still put torque on the bolt head, and you can heat the nut, they will come out. Otherwise the bellhousing removal is a sweet idea. Lastly, if all else fails... Cord has it nailed with the the inner transom plate removal.
Stop pissing around and start listening. These guys have been there and done that. What they say is tried and true.

Those nuts are aluminum unless someone used something else. That they are not giving under the force you are using suggests that the bolt shanks may be rusted to the sleeves. Even cutting the bolt head off might not be a simple solution if the seizure is where the bolt passes through the bell housing.
Can you force one side of the engine up a little with a jack then use a sawzall from that side to cut through the bolt where it goes through the fiber washer & flat spring? If that is successful then you can deal with the frozen item once it is out.

Well from what I gather, you guys have a little bit of a different setup that I do for I have this retarded butt nut silent choice with the wishbone pipe in my way so a torch is not going to really allow me to get to the nut
What I have thought about and hemmed and hawed is if I cant get my marina to do this for me in a day or to is simple
I am going to get a sawzall, cut the top of the bolt off, get the engine out of there.
After that Im going to take my air chizel and split the nut at the bottom where it fits in that slot
after that the wishbone pipe for the silent choice is going to be removed, then im going to spray it down with more PB breaker and punch the ****er down through the bottom, if I require heat on it, then so be it, Ill be able to get to it all then.
The silent choice is NOT going to be reinstalled so I have to get 2 block off plates and gaskets and that is that
Thru hulls for me baby
none of this quiet nonsense
I agree that heat is the best way BUT when you have this silent choice, forget it man, no go.
That wishbone pipe is honkin huge and just is in the worst spot but like I said, Im going to shave the top of the bolt off, yank the engine, split the nut and drive out the bolt shank and use heat and spray to get it out, Should not be that bad when thinking of it.
Guys, I will certainly let you know what happens with this mess
Ill keep plugging away and when I put it back together IM GOING TO USE ANTI SEIZE like mercury should!!!!!!!!
