I had a pair of MSD 6A`s given to me. I do not have any wiring instructions. How are these connected to a Merc Thunderbolt IV system?
Thanks, Kurt.

Rip the Thunderbolt distributors out of there and replace them with MSD units. You will have to wire up the MSD to work in conjunction with the current Thunderbolt timing module. The setup would be much better if you used the MSD box with an MSD (or other adjustable mechanical advance) distributor.
Just my opinion... the MSD can be wired into the current ignition system, but I like it the other way.
