I went & got some 1/4" alum. plate & used the exhaust Y to make a template. I then cut out plate & drilled holes. Painted & siliconed up good before bolting on.
I have not seen someplace that sells them but I do not remember where.

Merc sells them and they're not too bad. Come nicely powder coated too. You don't need the merc bolts as the hardware store grade will be fine. Stainless of course. You'll want 5 of them and lock washers too. I think they were 5/16x1 1/2".

Jason, Cord is right I bought two kits last fall. They come in a plastic bag. They are stamped powdercoat steel and come with bolts and gasket and not expensive. If your looking to get rid of the silent choice. I might be interested. I need two sets of stainless steel risers if there the same as magnum choice

Yes the whole silent choice is for sale
Includes
Air pump
all lines and fittings
2 wishbone pipes (Aluminum)
4 exhaust silencers/diverters all in good shape
Air pump was not working when I got it so I took it all apart and rebuilt it and she works like a charm now.
Best offer on all that stuff
I really need some money to get these engines done so please let me know if your interested.
Anyway, Anyone got the part # for this?
Plus my plate would have 4 bolts each on it not 3
sort of funny shaped like an upside down U shape almost
Standard bravo were all the same or did they change this stuff later on?
Boat is a 90

Do you have to pull the motors to get those wishbones out? I have Q&Q II and was thinking of pulling the wishbone out and going to Stainless Marine manifolds or something similar. I already pulled the mufflers and put straight through tips on.

Yeah you have to pull motors out
not really OUT OUT
but hoist them up about 10-12 inches and get under there and take out the 4 bolts (better spray em down with PB breaker too if your boat is a little older)
The metal bolts seized to the aluminum and were a ***** to get out, broke 2 bolts taking them out with a 3/8ths rachet.
I just got lucky and can thread on 2 nuts to the now studs that are hanging out of the transom assembly so 2 bolts and 2 nuts with lock washers and the one plate will go on
Second side was fine, no problems
all 4 bolts came out fine
