Default BOAT US

Buck,
Boat US is selling a piece of stainless that is self adhesive and made to mold to the front of the boat to protect the finish from the roller. I think it is about $20...
Ken
PS e-mail if you can't find and I'll look up the part #. It is in the new flyer.........

klmken,

I hadn't thought of that. I have seen those before too. I think Cobalt puts them on their boats if I'm not mistaken. I may look into that as alternative.

Fred,

That is exactly what I am looking for. I like that a little better with the winch closer to the boat. That wouldn't be on your Sonic trailer would it? Hook me up!

I had a feeling that was coming.

I don't want to see you get it off the trailer Fred, you'll just sell it!!!!!

Too Old's pictures are the single post I was referring to. The V is big blocks of wood covered in carpet. Never noticed any damage to the hull from the carpet. Myco may have the proper angles for your hull in their records, and be able to make one for you. No idea of the cost. But it is a well-built bow mount.

Has anyone tried the bow protectors advertised in the back of boat mags? They're susposed to protect the bow while beaching also.

Chart,

I think you're right about the functionality of that design.

I emailed Myco a couple of days ago with my info. I don't expect to hear back from them until after the holiday weekend.

Thanks guys.
