Question torque specs

i blew a head gasket this past weekend while out.
does any one have the torque specs and sequences for a 454
or does anyone know where i could get them?
if it makes a difference the motor was originally a stock 330hp

From "How to Rebuild Your Big Block Chevy" by Tom Wilson....
Torque your head bolts in 10 ft-lb increments to 60 ft-lb in sequence. Increase torque to 65 ft-lb for the short bolts and 75 ft-lb for the long bolts using the same sequence. I'll try to post a pic of the sequence but I have no scanner so someone help us out!!
