I am running 600 horse and over 600# of torque through those style couplers and have had no problems. In my opnion I would rather have the three ear style because it is made of steel instead of aluminum. I have had to help friends replace the aluminum model but never the steel. I also run 1988 bravos. Make sure you have the rubber pads that go on the back.
