I installed my rev limiters last week and I am having some problems with them.
My engines normally run 5200 rpms@WOT after I put the 5000rpm chips in my rev limiters I can only get 4500rpms @WOT
Anybody have any ideas of what might be wrong?

I'm assuming they're MSD's. I've had some bleed problems where they start to mis-fire before the actual RPM setting.
Try a couple different 5000 chips. If that doesn't work, put some 5400's in it

Yes they are MSD on Thunderbolt 4 ignitions, I tried the 5800 chips and they only give me another hundred RPMS. I called tech support at MSD and they are stumped. I know that they are hooked up right, This kind of pisses me off because I paid a few hundred bucks for theese things and they dont even work right
