The three choices that i'm aware of that offer repair work/reprogramming for Mercruisers 555 & pcm0701 are,

1) Dustin @ Whipple Industries supercharger,
2) Simon motorsports, http://www.simonmotorsports.com/ecu/optiecu.htm
3) Mercruiser factory by way of having a helpful Mercruiser dealer send it in for you as long as they trust your diagnostics without doing it themselves.

Good luck.

Pretty common. A faulty IAC damaged the PCM. Whipple can repair it.
