I bought and installed a new Imco system on my Bravo. I saved the distructions ( )

" STEP 1 INSTALL THE FIVE BOLT END CAP ( using step drill or drill jig)

1. Drain approximately one quart of oil from drive using clean container.
2. Remove the Bravo end cap and tape over opening leaving the three holes clear.
3. Are you using a step drill or drill jig ?
a. If you are using a step drill: Bolt on the new end cap and drill the two holes 1" deep using the step drill provided in the kit, use W_D 40 to help drill the holes. (do not install the o-rings in the cap at this point.) Remove end cap and tap two holes with a 3/8-16 bottom tap, using tap oil for a clean thread.
b. If you are using drill jig : yada, yada, same instructions....

You need to get a step drill, 25/64 ths step to 5/16 ths.

Hope this helps
