Just curious, after all of this porting to fill your 632, what are the chances of each runner flowing the same cfm ?

And if a valve ever dropped take out one head your at someone's mercy. Id go with a nice CNC head not less than 351CC on the intake runner closer to 383CC Make a tone of power with a smaller cam. The HH383MC brodix made 960HP @6700rpm on a 598 10to1-CR.

Bob and I have discussed this and he doesn't see an issue with it at all with the big lifters. Only thing I could see is that it's gonna be hard on the springs and I'm going to have to check spring pressure as a maintenance type of thing. It's not a big deal to me I have the tools and use to doing this sort of thing...
I can relate to this, sounds like a cool project.

Haha. It has a xr/imco shorty hanging off the back. With a humble ring that was ready to fall apart and two worn out steering Rams I can imagine you may have caught a glimpse of JC.

They don't flow the same b4 they get ported. Bolt a single plane intake on the heads and it gets worse.

I understand what you are saying but if that happens I would weld the head up and run it up to his shop and have him re-CNc the chamber. It would be a lot cheaper than buying another head. The head hunters are not a bad head but i think we can do better with a custom head. The Dart 320 in the right hands has 1200hp capabilities the same as the Head Hunters.

I know, you might want to look at some symetricals, the engine would run a little smoother accross the cylinders and make big HP.
