Just curious, why did you use copper head gaskets instead of maybe a MLS ?

Just FYI. Shouldn't be any need for that blue silicone on the intake gaskets. Just a dab in the corners.

Any chance that block will need decked and heads cut to clean that up.

Anyway OP, IMO it's possible you've got a few things going on, too much heat in the chamber, possibly a bad valve job to begin with, hard to tell in the pics but it may be a bit lean too. With that little timing it likely wouldn't detonate but could still be right on the verge. What rpm was peak power on the dyno?

I'd have he black line from the stud down the the burn thru betw the cylinders looked at.looks like a crack i the deck.

and looking at the intake surface,,it looks like someone used a cookie to clean it.so my guess is the surface isn't true anymore.
