Make sure you run the correct thermostat for a cross over set up.The thermostat has small bypass holes in it ,to keep it from constantly opening and closing due to the cold water entering thru the bypass.

I have a solution for the water pressure problems that come with high speed and crossovers. For 100 bucks you get the special stainless tee, the adjustable dump valve and the necessary fittings. The only thing you need to purchase is some 3/4" heater hose and a through transom water dump. It works great. Let me know if interested.

Pudder I was looking at the stainless book and I think that mine will not work on your setup. It is called the( big block kit with bypass port entry). They offer quite a few kit's so if you call Stainless they could tell you if it would work.(305)681-7893

Puder I got mine from CP Performance and have run them for 3 seasons. I have the thermostat. Temp is a perfect 150 deg and never moves. 18# pressure at WOT. The work excelent and I was even able to use the factory outlet hoses. I did fabricate a solid hose going from the cooler to the bypass out of copper plumbing pipes and fittings and painted it black. Works great but I am in fresh water.
