My buddy had a Top Gun, straight bottom. 598's with 250 blowers. The pulley's he had, made 7psi on mine, but on his, about 3 lbs lol. His dyno'ed at 800hp, and his boat ran mid 80s. He later swapped those blowers out, for 10-71's with chillers. Engines made right at 1000hp. But they never went back in the Top Gun.

Where do you boat? I see a lot of "shore" . They feel like driving a school bus on flat water. You need some Lake Michigan.

I think that pic is on lake Winnebago ..That lake can go from glass to 6 footers in 10 minutes. Its not very deep so the waves are very close together. its like riding a crossed a freshly plowed corn field. Very Very hard on parts. You can't throttle back fast enough when your riding on top of 4 waves at a time . The props just zing, then the parts fly... LOL I am sure Rob will like the ride much better than his smaller boat

Took first ride in the top gun. For having 700 s it certainly ain't no ripper. :-). My 35 lightning scares me. This thing is smooth and great. Just don't give me that c ya later feeling. Blues after one ride. How much power does it take to move these tanks. 98 strait bottom with scorpion 700 blower motors. 540 with 250 bum blowers , :-(. I guess I new it wasn't going to be as quick as my fountain
