O.K. here's the scenario.
My buddy has a 454 mag with Stainless Marine manifolds. I have got the same motor with stock exhaust. Due to an unfortunate situation he is no longer going to be needing the manifolds. I've checked prices on new ones, what do you think a good deal would be on these? They have stainless risers and 3yrs. left on the warranty.
I also have a stock Corsa Quick and Quiet system (except for the addition of tips w/out silencers) he has factory silent choice. My system is the one that exits both thru transom and out the prop all of the time. He has offered the switchable exhaust components to me for no extra fee. As I said above I have the thru prop plumbing, I also have an extra accesory switch on the dash that I can wire this to. Am I missing any additional things that I'll need to make this switch?
All in all I think this may work out pretty well for me What do ya think?
