Default idler pulley

Anyone know where I can get a 4.5 inch billet idler pulley ??? the 3.25 are easy to find

Is it bad? or for looks, if bad, just knock that bearing out

Im changing all the idler pulleys to billet,....... the ( black plastic turd ) dont look so hot.....

just looking at the picture. A 3 1/4 will give you more clearance and pull the belt further to the right and possibly put more around the crank pulley

If I go smaller than 4.5 inch the belt wont clear the center idler above the crank, the far right pulley is the one Im needing

I think I found one.. CJ pony parts, Billet pulley 4.5" for GT500 From Steeda

If ^^^ doesn't work, try doing your search in mm's instead, as many are listed that way vs inch.
4.5" = 114mm

Is a little surprising they'd have plastic turning those kind of rpm's I have to admit but guess most are now a days. I wouldn't lose sleep over it unless I got a piece of it in my forehead. Thinking ahead is prolly the best route in this situation. Lol... Trust me I'm the worst when it comes to this kind of stuff. It's almost what I'd call a disease. Never ends.
